Iran was trying to come up with the most effective civil defense plan to bear the least number of human losses in war situation, said Gholam Reza Jalali, the head of Iran’s Civil Defense Organization on Monday.
The Civil Defense Organization played a very influential role in controlling different security crisis, he said and added, “amid security crisis such as war we should have precautions to have the least possible human losses.”
Increasing or decreasing number of threats was not important, in the civil defense field Iran was in need of programs that reduce the human and financial losses, he said.
