Information Minister Heidar Moslehi announced on Sunday that the culprits behind assassination of the Iranian nuclear scientist Dariush Rezaienezhad were arrested.

While addressing a commemoration ceremony held on the first anniversary of the martyrdom of the scientist, Moslehi said final investigations in the past two days have resulted in the firm conclusions that the arrested people had definitely committed the assassination by following the plans masterminded by foreign intelligence services.

He said since the foreign intelligence services are bewildered by the power of the Iranian intelligence forces over their activities, they take passive stands regarding the arrest of the assassins of Martyr Rezaienezhad because they know that their arrest is a huge achievement for the Iranian intelligence forces.
